Macera The Label – 1 Year Limited Warranty

At Macera The Label, we are committed to delivering high-quality, beautifully designed products. Our Deluxe Nappy Bag is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to manufacturing faults under normal everyday use, including:

  • Stitching defects

  • Hardware faults (zippers, clips, buckles, buttons) caused by manufacturing issues

  • Material defects not resulting from external damage

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will replace your item at no cost.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by:

  • Misuse, improper care, or excessive wear

  • Overpacking, which may strain zippers, seams, buttons, or straps

  • Accidental damage, stains, mould, or exposure to harsh conditions

  • Cosmetic wear (scuffs, fading, scratches)

  • Repairs or modifications not performed by Macera The Label

  • Lost or stolen items

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

Please email Macera.thelabel@gmail.com with:

  1. Your name and order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or a video showing the fault

Our team will assess your claim and advise next steps.

Proof of Purchase

All claims require valid proof of purchase.
